An alarming number of people I talk to can’t even remember their last agent’s name, and that doesn’t sit well with me. If I’m walking you through the largest financial transactions of your life, I better be doing a good enough job so you will remember my name. And you will remember my name because my only mission is to treat you like a human. You’re not a transaction, or a number on a goal sheet, or leader board. My goal is to provide you 5-star service, regardless of the outcome, and the way that I do this is through the promise I make to each client.
You want to work with me because you’re going to remember me. My only action is to make sure you don’t feel like a transaction. I’m in this for relationships and when we’re done with this, my goal is to help you achieve yours, and for you to able to tell everyone about me because you can feel the difference.
